It used to be speculated to be a NEW item but what we acquired was once a REFURBISHED unit that used to be scratched & warped on one side which appears find it irresistible was melted and perhaps why it used to be despatched again. Unit is additionally lacking 4 of the 8 ft so it wouldn't even sit remotely level. I did not even attempt to apply it for that reason. Unit itself is affordable plastic with skinny aluminum gaps for the pots to go in. Without the pots it weighs regarding 2 lbs. Each pot has a spoon slot that may be good if it had been only a server but is pointless as a crock pot as all heat will break out from the outlets.
